United Garage Limited a fully owned subsidiary of United Group Limited is the local Franchisee for Hertz Car Rental & Lease. We are currently seeking to employ Car Washers – Quality Inspectors on a Full Time Basis to meet the current demands of the business.
Being an essential member of our operations team and brand ambassador, you will provide the most valued experience to our customers by preparing vehicles according to standards as set out by the Company and Franchisor. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor you will be expected to work on a shift basis covering a 42-hour week.
Based at the Hertz Malta Head Office and Operations Hub in Luqa and forming part of the operations arm of the business you will:
- Be responsible to wash and prepare vehicles for due delivery according to quality standards as set out by the Company.
- Ensure that the vehicles are in a good and functional state.
- Coordinate with supervisor to move vehicles between Airport, other Rental Locations and Operations Hub as necessary.
- Ensure that vehicles are delivered in a safe but timely manner to respective locations.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment – ready to achieve personal goals whilst supporting those of the team.
To be able to succeed in this role you will have to:
- Be motivated to work according to business needs.
- Be comfortable with client interaction and able to communicate in English.
- Be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Have a clean driving license held for the past three years which is strictly a must to work in this position.
