We currently have vacancies for Customer Sales Representatives willing to join our team in Malta .  This calls for individuals who are self motivated and goal oriented.  

 

Duties

 

·          Effectively service customer needs providing the highest level of quality service

·          Complete all rentals using the internal computer system

·          Handle telephone enquiries in accordance with Hertz policy

·          Complete all rentals, reservations and quotations in accordance with Hertz procedures and policy

·          Liase with various departments such as operations

·          Undertake daily administrative tasks

 

Requirements

 

·          Be at least 21 years of age and in possession of a clean driving license;

·          Be presentable and disposed towards customer care;

·          Be I.T. literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications

·          Good communication skills both written and oral, in English and ideally another European language

·          An enthusiastic, flexible and positive approach towards selling
