United Retail Limited was established in 2005 to develop and operate a chain of retail outlets.
United Retail Limited was appointed the Oasis Franchise in October 2005 and opened its first Store in Sliema with a second store in Valletta in May 2009. The company has continued to develop its network and has been appointed the Jane Norman Franchise for the Maltese Islands. Two Jane Norman stores have been opened in Malta’s two main shopping centres Valletta and Sliema in May 2009 with a concession within the Arkadia Complex-Gozo in June 2009.
